- The fifth day:
Breakfast: toast a piece of bread + pill boiled eggs.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 2 tomatoes.
Dinner: grilled piece thickness + lettuce.
Notes:
- Do not rely this accursed over this period, and you can apply it once a month for a period of 5 days.
